Booking and cancellation

Bookings start on the hour, such as 09:00 or 10:00. Choose 1 hour or 2 hours per person. No overlapping reservations or more than 2 consecutive hours across Tennis and Padel. Available durations are 60 or 120 minutes. A break is required before reserving another session after two consecutive hours.

A court is held for five minutes during checkout and confirmed only after payment. Cancellation deadlines, refund percentages, late fees and no-show rules are shown separately for the court and each selected add-on before payment. The saved checkout terms govern that booking. Cancelled games release their court time.

Wallets, packages and membership

Purchased credits and hours expire at the end of the displayed term and are non-transferable. Eligibility restrictions appear on each package. Member discounts do not stack with promotions; the best eligible discount applies. Memberships are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal.

Opening presale top-ups

New sales are prepaid wallet packs with no membership fee. Presale credit lasts 12 calendar months from official opening; normal top-ups last 12 months from verified payment. Presale bonus credit is included only while the campaign is open. Each tier has a limited allocation, and accepted presale payments plus active checkout holds cannot exceed ฿5 million. A checkout temporarily reserves capacity for five minutes. Unpaid expired checkouts release it; late payments that cannot be fulfilled are returned through the payment refund process.

Presale pack refunds and club cancellation

Customer-requested presale refunds: after buying a presale top-up pack, you may request a refund of the unused amount actually paid until you make your first confirmed booking after that purchase. Contact reception at 101racquet@gmail.com or LINE @211sogav before making that booking. A temporary, unpaid or expired checkout hold is not a confirmed booking.

Once that first booking is confirmed, the presale pack is no longer refundable at the customer's request, even if the booking is for a future date or is later cancelled or refunded. An upgrade does not restart refund eligibility; the original pack and its upgrades are reviewed together. This pack-refund rule does not replace the separate cancellation and refund terms saved with an individual court booking or add-on.

Club-initiated refunds: subject to applicable Thai law, 101 Racquet Club retains the right to refund remaining paid credit and cancel an affected presale package and its associated promotions when the club reasonably needs to do so, including changes to opening, facilities or services. This right continues after the customer's first booking. We will notify affected customers of the reason, the affected purchase, the cancellation date and the refund arrangements.

For a club-initiated refund, the club will review the remaining unused paid credit from the affected pack and any paid upgrades, accounting for previous use, refunds and existing bookings without double-counting. Bonus credit, promotional credit and complimentary benefits have no separate cash refund value. We will explain the refund amount before processing it and will not deduct an administration or payment-processing fee. Refunds will be initiated without undue delay through the original payment method where available, or another method agreed with the customer; bank and payment-provider processing times may apply.

When a package cancellation and refund are completed, the affected package and its remaining paid credit, bonus credit, promotional extras, discounts and priority-booking benefits end. Completed services will not be charged again. Existing confirmed bookings will be reviewed separately: we will honour them or arrange an appropriate refund or alternative with the customer, without double-counting refunded amounts.

These terms apply only where disclosed and accepted before payment. This policy does not retrospectively replace the terms of an existing purchase without the customer's agreement or another lawful basis. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or limits remedies available under Thai law.

Upgrades and expiry

During presale, an eligible paid pack can be upgraded by paying the difference. Only the difference in paid credit and bonus is issued. Previously spent credit remains deducted. Upgrades require an available unit in the target tier and do not reset expiry. If opening is deferred before activation, the full 12-month term moves with it. Unused credit expires at the end of its term.

Advance booking access

Guest access is 7 days. The five top-up tiers provide 8, 10, 12, 14 or 21 days of advance access while that pack has credit left and has not expired. When it runs out, standard booking access applies; top up again for early booking. The longest active eligible window applies; windows do not add together. Existing purchased membership and package benefits retain their saved terms. Availability is not guaranteed. Credit is personal, cannot buy another pack, and is not withdrawable as cash. Presale pack refund requests follow the first-booking policy above. Other purchases keep their saved refund terms. Reception reviews the original pack and its upgrades together.

Open Play

Players must choose a fair self-rating. Scan at the club to join one queue. Groups form by sport, approximate level and waiting time. Each queue ticket covers one 60-minute game. Player spots on an existing customer booking follow that booking’s 1–2 hour reserved time. After completion, rejoin at the back for another game. Leaving before play refunds a paid queue ticket. Any late-withdrawal commitment forfeiture follows the displayed club rules. Paid queue ticket fees are not refunded for a no-show; commitment forfeitures and joining suspensions follow the configurable Open Play rules. Reception can review strikes and suspensions.

Official opening

The club opens on 15 December 2026. Advance reservations are for opening day onward. A reservation or top-up is confirmed only after verified payment. Architectural renderings and menu previews illustrate planned facilities and presentation; they are not photographs of an operating club.
