Privacy notice
Using your club account
101 Racquet Club uses your account details to manage bookings, wallet credit, purchases, refunds and customer support. Google or LINE sign-in supplies your provider identifier and the profile details you permit, which may include your name, email address and profile image. Account linking connects a sign-in method to your existing club account.
Your profile and bookings
We store the details you provide, such as your name, optional phone number, sport levels and preferences, together with your bookings, payment records and club credit history. Your playing name and self-rated levels support player discovery. Your email and phone number are not included in the player directory. Authorised staff access the records needed for their club responsibilities.
First Play applications
For First Play on 7–14 December 2026, we store your name, email, preferred sport, optional Instagram account, agreement to the selection rules and chosen times. Applying does not mean you have been selected or booked a court. Authorised club staff can review your application and contact you about it.
Under selection rules version 4, we may review the tennis and padel posts of the public Instagram account you supply. If your account is private, you can ask us to follow you and review your sports posts. We record that request and when you made it. Follow @101racquetclub and accept our follow request so authorised club staff can see your posts. We record whether our request was sent and whether posts are visible. AI may help review the sports posts; club staff check the results. We may keep a fan score, relevant post references and a short review note. We use the same criteria for public and private accounts. This review is used for the 70% fan-selection share of bookings and priority for extra free time. Following the club or having more followers does not earn fan points or guarantee selection. If we cannot view your posts when we choose players, or you do not use Instagram, you enter the 30% lucky draw. Anyone not chosen in the fan review also enters it. You can remove your private-review request in My First Play before applications close, or contact the club to withdraw it. We do not access private posts without your permission. We also check account ownership and duplicate applications. We never ask for your Instagram password.
Optional club news and advertising consent are separate from selection and application messages. Use My First Play and the same sign-in method to view or change your application before the closing date, or cancel. Keep any application link sent to you private. Contact 101racquet@gmail.com for help, corrections, a review of an error, access or deletion requests.
On the First Play page, a separate optional Meta choice covers visits, successful registrations and advertising audiences based on these events. These events do not include your name, email or Instagram. You can change this choice using Advertising privacy choices on that page. Free registrations are never reported as purchases.
Payments and website operation
Online payments use Stripe-hosted Checkout. Payment details entered in Checkout are handled by Stripe; the club website stores payment references, amounts and payment or refund status rather than card numbers. If you submit a payment proof, authorised staff can review that file. The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, database and file storage.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect sign-in requests. Connecting a provider calendar is optional; the booking system uses connected availability to prevent scheduling conflicts. You can disconnect a calendar from your provider account settings.
Optional advertising measurement
With your permission, we use Meta and Google advertising measurement to understand visits and successful purchases. These providers may use cookies and receive technical browser information, the purchase amount, currency and order reference. Our conversion events do not include your name, email or card details. Measurement is optional and does not affect booking or payment. We request a new choice when adding a measurement provider; a previous Meta-only choice does not automatically permit Google measurement. Google personalised advertising and enhanced conversions are not enabled by this integration.
Livestreams and replays
Appearing in a broadcast, replay or marketing clip is optional and requires a separate opt-in for each game. Your decision does not change your booking price or court access. You can withdraw from My account or reception. The club must confirm permission from everyone on camera and stop external broadcasts when consent is withdrawn. Contact the club about removing its published clips; copies shared by other viewers may remain.
LINE customer support
Messages sent to @211sogav may be answered by an automated assistant and reviewed by authorised staff. The support system stores message text, replies, delivery status and a hashed conversation identifier. Message content is cleared after 30 days on the next inbox cleanup; event identifiers remain for up to 90 days to avoid duplicate replies. LINE retains conversations under its own policies.
When AI replies are enabled, your message and relevant conversation context may be sent to OpenAI to prepare a response, with response storage disabled in the request. LINE support conversations do not grant access to private booking or wallet records. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive documents. Type “stop” or “หยุด” to pause automatic replies.
Your choices and privacy requests
Marketing consent is optional and separate from operational messages. You can update profile and in-app reminder preferences in My account. For access, correction, deletion or consent-withdrawal requests, email 101racquet@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some transaction records may need to be retained to resolve payments, disputes and record-keeping obligations; contact us for the handling of your specific request.
Our service providers may process information outside Thailand. Their own privacy notices describe how they handle data: Stripe, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Google and LINE.
