Our opening date
When does 101 open?
Our official opening is now 15 December 2026, following a short delay due to recent flooding and rain. Thank you for your patience — we look forward to welcoming you.
You can book now for play from 15 December onward. Presale credit keeps its full 12-month term from official opening.
I have a booking before 15 December. What should I do?
Please contact 101 on LINE or email 101racquet@gmail.com with your booking reference to arrange a new date or discuss a refund. Existing bookings have not been automatically moved or refunded.
Your top-up & club credit
What can I use my credit for?
Pay for tennis, padel and available booking extras in the app. Coaching, cooling and equipment are charged separately. Normal court prices apply. Buying a pack adds credit; it does not reserve a court. There is no membership fee.
Credit is for your own use and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Previously purchased packs keep their saved terms.
How does early booking work?
Your pack shows how many days ahead you can book. This benefit lasts while that pack has credit remaining and hasn’t expired. When its credit runs out, you return to your other eligible booking window or standard booking access. Top up again for early booking.
If you have several eligible packs, the longest booking window applies. Separate packs do not add together to unlock a larger pack’s benefits. Earlier access does not guarantee a court.
When does my credit expire?
Current top-up packs last 12 months from verified payment. Presale packs last 12 months from official opening; if opening moves, the start date moves too. Existing purchases keep the expiry and benefits saved with the purchase.
Can I upgrade my presale pack?
Yes, during presale and subject to availability. Sign in on the Top up page and open “Already have a pack? Upgrade it”. Pay the price difference to move to a larger pack. We add only the extra credit and bonus. Credit already spent stays deducted, and the original expiry stays the same.
When does presale end?
Presale ends at official opening, when all packs sell out, or when sales reach ฿5 million—whichever happens first. Availability includes paid packs and active checkouts. Failed or expired checkouts release their held pack.
After presale, new top-ups receive their normal face-value credit and the displayed booking window, without the presale bonus.
Can I get a refund for my presale top-up pack?

You may request a refund of your presale top-up pack before your first confirmed booking after buying that pack. After that first booking, customer-requested pack refunds are no longer available, even if the booking is later cancelled. The club may still choose to refund remaining paid credit when needed. Bonus and promotional credit have no cash refund value. Existing purchases keep their saved terms, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
An unpaid checkout hold does not count as a confirmed booking. An upgrade does not restart refund eligibility. Individual court bookings and add-ons keep their separate cancellation terms.

If your refund form asks for Thai bank details, enter a 4-digit branch code and a 3-digit bank code. Add zeros at the front when your code has fewer digits.

These examples show the format only. Use your own bank and branch codes, and check with your bank if you are unsure. Keep the leading zeros. This guidance is for the code fields; enter your account number exactly as provided by your bank.

What times and durations can I book?
Bookings start on the hour, for example 09:00, 10:00 or 11:00. Choose a one-hour or two-hour session. You cannot make overlapping bookings or book more than two consecutive hours. All times are Bangkok time. Check the booking page for available courts and times.
Individual bookings and add-ons have their own cancellation rules, shown before confirming.
